What’s in Your Semaglutide?

We use Semaglutide base in our compounded solution. The solution itself contains sodium chloride but has nothing to do with the Semaglutide Active Pharmaceutical ingredient.

Breakdown of ingredients: each ml of solution has 2.5mg Semaglutide, 1% Benzyl Alcohol NF, 0.55% Sodium Chloride USP, 0.11% Sodium Phosphate Dibasic Anhydrous, and Sterile Water for injection.

To clarify, the semaglutide powder we use is pure and does not contain sodium chloride or any other salt forms.

The concern people typically mention about salt in the compound might stem from a misunderstanding of its role in the medication. Sodium chloride in this context is not a harmful additive but an essential component for preserving the medication's quality and safety.
