Can I Opt Out of Signiture on Delivery?

For packages of the nature you're receiving from us, we strongly recommend keeping the signature requirement for delivery. This policy is in place because the medication is expensive, and opting out of a signature increases the risk of theft. Unfortunately, we have experienced incidents where packages were stolen, and dealing with the repercussions is a situation we aim to avoid for both our customers and ourselves.


However, the requirement for a signature is fixed on our end to ensure the security and safe delivery of your medication. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, this must be arranged directly with UPS.


Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of signature confirmation, Freya cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered.
